Worcestershire Welcome Awards

For the second year running The Worcestershire Welcome Awards are set to recognise outstanding efforts by Worcestershire businesses to improve tourism in the county, with a focus on support for regional food, drink and initiatives as part of the offering.

The categories this year are:

A Grand Day Out
A Day To Remember
Best B&B Breakfast                                                                                                                                                          Eat & Drink Worcestershire
Best Independent Hotel
Best self-catering including serviced accommodation
Sustainable tourism award
Outstanding Contribution To Worcestershire Tourism
One further award for media interest 

Wyvern's Hursty & Helen and Tom Newitt will be attending the ceremony at the Orchard Cafe on June 30th and presenting two awards on the night.  The Grand Day Out Award is open to a host of attractions many of which are open all-year round and The Best B&B Breakfast, nothing beats farm fresh eggs, locally-made bacon and sausages to ensure people will return for a stay time and again.
