FA Cup: Liverpool & Chelsea Through

A dramatic late winner from Dirk Kuyt clinched Liverpool’s place in the Fifth Round of the FA Cup at Anfield.

The Dutchman struck in the 88th minute to secure a 2-1 win over Manchester United.

Daniel Agger gave Liverpool the lead in earlier the match before Park Ji-sung’s equaliser just before half-time.

Championship side Brighton have beaten Newcastle 1-0 thanks to Mike Williamson own goal.

Seagulls midfielder Will Buckley’s deflected shot was the difference between the two sides at the Amex Stadium.

Elsewhere, Juan Mata’s disputed second half penalty was enough for Chelsea to win their tie at QPR.

Daniel Sturridge fell under a soft challenge from Clint Hill, allowing Mata to convert from the spot and secure a 1-0 win.

Crawley Town have beaten Hull City 1-0 to guarantee themselves a Fifth Round spot in Sunday’s draw.

Matt Tubbs’ 18th goal of the season gave the League Two side the lead and Crawley goalkeeper Scott Shearer made three good saves to help his side progress.

Adam Rooney scored twice to give Birmingham a 4-0 win over Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

Norwich’s Simeon Jackson scored a goal five minutes from time to give the Canaries a 2-1 win against West Brom.

Grant Holt had given Paul Lambert’s team the lead before Marc Antoine-Fortune’s equaliser.
